Carbonara

Traditional Italian dish consisting of Spaghetti with eggs, bacon, pecorino or parmesan cheese, and black pepper. The correct pronunciation of carbonara is car-boh-nah-rah. "Car" is pronounced as in Car and "boh" as in Boho. The three vowels "a" have the same sound.
