How to pronounce

Zabaglione (or zabaione) is an Italian dessert, a soft cream made with egg yolks, sugar, and Marsala, a sweet wine. Zabaglione is difficult to pronounce for an English native speaker because of the GL sound, that doesn't exist in English, but you can get away with zuh-buh-LYO-neh (the stress on the capital letters).
