International food: Béarnaise Sauce
Béarnaise sauce is a French dressing made of clarified butter emulsified in egg yolks, white wine vinegar  and flavoured with herbs. Béarnaise sauce is considered
a close relative of Hollandaise sauce, also called Dutch sauce.

International food: Bruschetta
